During the dry and cool season, from October to February, temperatures are milder in the south of the country but nights remain cold. When to go to Pakistan

The best time to visit the regions of Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab and the south of North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) is from November to February, although it can be cold at night, especially in December and January. The best season to travel to Northern NWFP, the Northern Areas and Azad Jammu and Kashmir is generally between the months of May and October. The peak months for domestic tourism are the summer ones (June to August), as many Pakistanis go north to the resort towns.
